Olamide Kadir is the Proprietor and Principal Partner of Lamide Kadir & Co. He holds an LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Ilorin and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. With extensive experience spanning commercial litigation, secured credit, corporate compliance, debt recovery, and property transactions, he has served both as in-house counsel at leading financial institutions and as external counsel to major corporations.
Uche Nwachukwu

Uche Nwachukwu is a Senior Associate with strong experience in litigation and corporate practice. She obtained her LL.B from Madonna University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. She has worked with reputable law firms and also served as in-house counsel, giving her a balanced understanding of both advisory and contentious matters.

Miss Avwerosuoghene Grace Ododofor is a 2023 graduate of University of Benin, and the Nigerian Law School with B.L.Hons. In 2025. She started her career as an intern in the Law Firm of Folashade Alli and Associates, and in the Legal Department department of Polaris Bank Limited. She has gained experiences in Corporate Law. She has since joined our firm, as a corper.
